TIME never goes as slow as when you are stuck on a flight with no in-flight entertainment.
Luckily, one clever person has shared a genius hack on how you can turn your smart phone into your own in-flight entertainment display — no craning of the neck required. And all it requires is a trusty snap-lock bag.
Just put your phone into the bag and use the airline seat’s tray table lock as a clip to hang the phone from the seat in front. Voila! Your own hands-free mini movie screen.
The trick will work better with wireless headphones, but poking a hole in your snap-lock bag to accommodate other headphones is easy enough to do.
However, the bag will interfere with a smart phone’s touch screen display, which makes pausing the movie a little fiddly.
The hack was posted in online discussion forum, Reddit.
