Devils, 76ers owners found new entertainment group | NJ.com - NJ.com

NEWARK -- Josh Harris and David Blitzer, the owners of the Devils and the 76ers, announced on Monday the formation of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, which will encompass all of their holdings.

The Devils and 76ers will fall under the ownership of HBSE, along with the Prudential Center, the GRAMMY Museum Experience at the Prudential Center, the Delaware 87ers of the NBA Development League, the Binghamton Devils of the AHL, the Sixers Innovation Lab and Team Dignitas, an esports franchise.

The group appointed Scott O'Neil as the CEO of HBSE. O'Neill was the CEO of the Devils, 76ers and the Prudential Center. Hugh Weber will be the group's president after serving as the same role for the Devils and the Prudential Center.

"As we continue to expand our scope in the world of professional sports and entertainment, we're excited to launch Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment," Harris said in a statement. "We believe this endeavor allows us to continue to grow strategically and innovatively."
